Acceptable Location, Disappointing Service
noisy housekeeping staff lack of english
I found the staff's attitude frustrating they seemed to avoid speaking English despite the location being tourist-heavy this complicated simple requests the housekeeping staff were excessively noisy early in the morning they entered the room without waiting for a response even after being asked to leave they continued to make noise outside it was invasive and disrupted my rest.

fantastic stay!
prime location delicious food blackout curtains
the location is superb, right by taksim square. i found the room service fast and the food was delicious. the front desk staff helped me book a last minute tour, this was so appreciated. the room also had blackout curtains which allowed for amazing sleep.
the gym equipment felt a bit dated, i wish they had some newer machines.

the breakfast buffet featured a huge variety of options including fresh fruit cheeses and pastries. the restaurant on the ninth floor offered amazing views. i saw many people enjoying their dinner with a fine backdrop of the city.

great breakfast quality warm team excellent location
breakfast had great quality. a lot of variety was available. i found the team very warm and helpful, it created a cute environment. the location is excellent and many shops are just steps away from the hotel. the nearby pharmacies were very useful.
The gym got slightly busy during peak hours. I had to wait a bit for a treadmill.

The room included thick bathrobes and slippers. it had a well-stocked minibar with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. the blackout curtains worked very effectively. They ensured complete darkness in the room.

the hotel is close to public transportation. it allows convenient access to many city attractions. the bus stop to the airport is just steps away from the hotel, a very short distance from the lobby.

the staff provided prompt assistance. they were very quick to address requests. they assisted with directions and recommendations. the check-in process was efficient, and all the staff were polite.

The indoor pool was clean, and it was a good size for swimming. It has a length of approximately 15 meters. there were comfortable loungers around the pool area. the pool requires the use of swimming caps.

mixed feelings about the stay
moldy shower tray wobbly shower tray
the staff were friendly and cute, appreciated.
The bathroom wasn't clean. I noticed mold at the shower tray, also the shower tray felt wobbly. the shower head was not working properly either. it was a bit disappointing.
