Point Hotel Taksim, Istanbul

I had a mix of experiences during my stay at Point Hotel Taksim. While the location was fantastic and the breakfast was great, I faced some issues with the room ventilation and responsiveness of the staff. However, the friendly atmosphere and really good help from the floor manager, Furkan Budak, really stood out and made up for some of the inconveniences.

My stay at Point Hotel Taksim was a mix of pros and cons. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Taksim Square and easy access to metro stations, which is a major plus. However, the service left much to be desired, with unhelpful staff and significant issues with the executive lounge access. Dining was also a letdown, as the breakfast options were below standard, and the overall quality just didn't match the hotel's supposed rating.
